Our Story

Out of good nature, we founded a restaurant dedicated to craft recipes that spin flavorful possibilities off of the iconic meatball.

We crafted a customizable menu that includes both vegetarian and gluten-free options, that are still high in protein and packed with vegetables. We source fresh, local and sustainable ingredients at every possible opportunity.

We think the more vibrant the food is that you put into your body, the more vibrant you’ll be.

We’re an easy-going, well-traveled group of guys from diverse backgrounds with years of experience. We love Denver, and we’re excited to share our favorite recipes with you.
